We are holding a general assembly meeting for members only to review the annual report, answer any questions, and to discuss any feedback you may have.  The meeting will be held on Saturday February 10, 2018 during the day.  Please reply back to this email if you plan to attend the meeting.  Once we have a headcount, we'll secure the appropriate venue and provide further details.  This email is going out to all current active members and to those who had active memberships in 2017 but have since lapsed.  We encourage the lapsed membership to renew, and all are welcome to attend the general assembly.
